OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: BLUE RASPBERRY SURPRISE PROMOTION

1. ELIGIBILITY
   The Blue Raspberry Surprise Promotion (the “Contest”) is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sucray.com, 9412-9582 QUEBEC INC, and its affiliated companies, as well as members of their immediate families and those with whom they reside, are not eligible to participate.

2. CONTEST PERIOD
   The Contest begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends at 2:00 a.m. ET on the same day, during any official Sucray Live promotional event, or while supplies last. The Contest may be modified or terminated at any time by the Sponsor without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

3. HOW TO ENTER
   There are two methods of entry:

a) Purchase Method:
Participants who purchase a Sucray Mystery Pouch during the Contest Period may find a Blue Raspberry Surprise inside their pouch. Finding a Blue Raspberry Surprise will entitle the participant to receive one (1) additional Mystery Pouch free of charge.

b) No Purchase Necessary Method:
To enter without making a purchase, send a legible, handwritten letter of at least 50 words explaining why you love candy, along with your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, to the following address:

Limit of one (1) no-purchase entry per household per week. Entries must be postmarked no later than the date of the Contest and received within seven (7) days thereafter.

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
   Each Blue Raspberry Surprise found in a pouch or awarded through no-purchase entry entitles the winner to receive one (1) Sucray Mystery Pouch with an approximate retail value of $2.00 CAD. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash equivalent. Prizes are non-transferable.

5. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION
   In order to claim a prize, a selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance or mechanical aid. The question may be administered verbally, in writing, or electronically. For example: (10 × 2) + (6 ÷ 2) − 4 = ?

6. ODDS OF WINNING
   The odds of receiving a Blue Raspberry Surprise in a purchased pouch are approximately 14%, subject to availability and total number of pouches distributed during the Contest Period.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Contest or violates these Contest Rules. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected entries or any technical malfunctions that may occur.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of a prize.

9. GOVERNING LAW
   The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. This Contest shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. PRIVACY
    By entering the Contest, each participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
