Promotional Rules

Eligibility
This promotional activity (the “Promotion”) is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of participation. Employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents of Cocktail Bomb Shop, as well as members of their immediate families and any person residing at the same address, are not eligible.

Promotion Period
The promotion takes place during TikTok Live broadcasts, generally every day between 10 a.m. and 2 a.m. (Eastern Time), for an undetermined duration. The schedule is subject to change without notice. Cocktail Bomb Shop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.

Cocktail Bomb Shop – Charm Surprise Offer
Participants may purchase Cocktail Bomb Shop mystery pouches in packs of 6, 9, 12, 25, or 40. Each pouch contains one cocktail bomb. Approximately one in five pouches includes a decorative charm (Charm Surprise). If a charm is found, the participant keeps it and receives one additional pouch at no extra cost.

Cocktail Bomb Shop – Color Grid Activity
Participants who purchase a minimum of nine pouches in a single order are eligible for a live demonstration in which each cocktail bomb is assigned a color and placed on a 3x3 grid in a predetermined order. If three identical colors appear in a straight line (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally), one complimentary pouch is provided.

Sucray – Blue Raspberry Offer
Participants may purchase Sucray mystery pouches in packs of 15, 20, 25, 50, or 75. Each pouch contains 50 g of assorted candy. Approximately one in seven pouches includes a special blue raspberry candy. If found, the participant keeps the candy and receives one additional pouch at no extra cost.

Sucray – Pickle Ball Offer
Participants may purchase Sucray mystery pouches in the same formats. Approximately one in four hundred pouches contains a Pickle Ball. If found, the participant keeps the Pickle Ball and receives a curated selection of Cocktail Bomb Shop products valued at $100.00 CAD, selected by the Sucray team.

Delivery of Items
Items are provided in the form of electronic store credits sent by email. These credits may be used in-store or applied to an existing online order. Physical items discovered in pouches, such as charms, special candies, or Pickle Balls, are retained by the participant. All items must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents.

Skill-Testing Question
To be eligible to receive any benefit under this promotion, participants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance. Example: (10 × 2) + (6 ÷ 2) − 4 = ?

General Terms
Cocktail Bomb Shop reserves the right to disqualify any participation deemed non-compliant or fraudulent. By participating, each person releases Cocktail Bomb Shop and Sucray from all liability in connection with the promotional activity. These terms may be updated at any time, subject to applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability
By participating, all entrants agree to release the sponsor, its affiliates, and their employees, representatives, and agents from any liability related to loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from participation or the receipt of any item or benefit.

Applicable Laws
This promotion is governed by the federal laws of Canada and the provincial laws applicable in Quebec. It is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the promotion, in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy policy.
